The Military Aviation School Marco Fidel Su谩rez, aligned with the Strategy for the Air and Space Development of the Colombian Air Force 2042, received notification of the international accreditation ARCUSUR, Regional Accreditation System of University Careers, for Mechanical Engineering and Computer Engineering programs.
This accreditation, given for six years, once again ratifies the high academic quality standards that are required in our programs and that are comparable with the quality criteria of universities of MECOSUR member countries such as Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Guyana and Suriname.
By being part of the select group of programs that have this recognition in Colombia, EMAVI becomes the first military training school in the National Defense Sector and in South America to achieve this recognition for their professional careers.
The institution with this accreditation, opens an international field of operation, to strengthen inter-institutional relations in higher education such as: development of agreements, flexibility and internationalization of the curriculum, student and teacher mobility, design and participation in research projects in networks and with institutions of the MERCOSUR bloc, in the same way facilitates the professional exercise and academic qualification of graduates.
