In a coordinated operation, the Colombian Air Force and the National Police found a cache of narcotics.
In the municipality of Uribia, La Guajira, thanks to the coordinated work of the Security forces, the discovery and subsequent destruction of three depots with more than 2,000 kilograms of cocaine hydrochloride was possible. These substances were hidden underground, however, after impeccable intelligence and persistence, this important result was obtained in the fight against illicit drug trafficking. In the same way, another 15 depots were found; these were ready to be provided.
It is noteworthy that these clandestine warehouses are used by the organized Criminal Group, GDO, Los Pachenca, who, over the years, thanks to the joint work of the State Institutions, have suffered heavy blows against their structure and criminal operations.
This type of coordinated operations is carried out as a result of the constant work of the Colombian Air Force and the National Police, ensuring the safety and tranquility of the Caribbean region.
