These people were arrested in flagrante delicto and are charged with the crime of manufacturing, trafficking, carrying or possession of firearms, accessories parts or ammunition.
In river operations, troops of the Joint Task Force Omega in coordination with the National Police, arrested in flagrante delicto four individuals, who are accused for the crime of manufacturing, trafficking, carrying or possession of firearms, accessories parts or ammunition.
The arrest of alias Alirio, alias Rolo, alias Cundumi and alias Balta, was possible after a hard joint work conducted on El Barranc贸n village, of the municipality of San Jos茅 del Guaviare, in the department of Guaviare. Weapons, ammunition, cell phones and an rudimentary boat were found by troops.
The four individuals would apparently be involved in terrorist operations and homicides during the April in San Jos茅 del Guaviare.
It is important to note that three of those arrested belonged to the Organized Common criminality Gang Los del 20, a criminal structure that was dismantled in 2018 in the municipality of San Jos茅 del Guaviare. Alias Balta had demobilized of the residual Organized Armed Group, GAO-r, Jorge Brice帽o Su谩rez structure, in 2020.
The arrested individuals and the material were put into custody of the judicial authority to continue their prosecution process.
