Heavy blow of the Military, Police and prosecutor´s office to the finances of the residual Gao “Oliver Sinisterra”

In compliance with the Bicentenary Campaign Plan Heroes Of Freedom, the Joint Task Force for stabilization and consolidation Hercules, in a joint, coordinated and inter-agency operation conducted by the National Army, the National Navy and the Colombian Air Force, the National Police and the Attorney General's office, found and destroy machinery used for the illegal exploitation of mining sites, belonging to the residual organized armed group, GAO-r, Oliver Sinisterra structure, in the municipality of Palo Seco, Municipality of Roberto Payan, in Department of Nariño.

 

The Rapid Deployment Force units No.2, The Navy Infantry River Battalion no.41, troops of the Anti-Drug Trafficking Battalion No.4, and members of the Mobile Anti-Riot Squad, were deployed to the municipality of Palo Seco, Municipality of Roberto Payan, where it was possible to destroy six yellow line excavator machines, valued at approximately 2,100 million pesos, which were used for the illegal exploitation of mining sites. This material was put into custody of the Attorney General's Office.

 

As a result, the armed and illegal finance component of organizations outlaw, responsible for murders, criminal acts and clashes with other structures of drug trafficking and the illegal exploitation of mineral deposits, is hit.
