Illegal hideout of the GAO ELN was destroyed, in the department of Arauca

The destruction was carried out in a controlled manner by the EXDE Delta Anti-explosion Team of the National Army.

Thanks to the rapid reaction and deployment of units of the Task Force Quirón of the National Army, it was possible to find and destroy, in a controlled manner, four explosive devices with which members of the Organized Armed Group (GAO) ELN intended to carry out terrorist operations in the urban area of Arauquita, Arauca.

Apparently,  this illegal deposit belonged to the Front Domingo Laín Saenz of the Organized Armed Group (GAO) ELN, who covered it with vegetation to avoid its visibility in the area known as La Ceiba, in the municipality of Arauquita, Arauca.

Immediately, a group of anti-explosive experts checked the area and, in a controlled manner, destroyed the explosive devices.
