Admiral Francisco Hernando Cubides Granados, Chief of defence of Colombia, in compliance with the Guidelines and challenges established such as leadership and the management of Human Talent, held the opening of the Strategic Direction Meeting for Senior Non-Commissioned Officers of the Military Forces, with the participation of 116 Senior Command Sergeants, Command Technical Chiefs, Command Technical Chiefs, Navy Infantry Sergeants Majors, Sergeant Major and Technical Chief.
This space has been conceived with a prospective and strategic vision, with the aim of providing the leading Non-Commissioned Officers with tools, knowledge and reflections that led them to enhance their transformative leadership, strengthen their role as they work for the fulfillment of the institutional mission, and consolidate their personal and professional development.
Through a critical, creative and future-oriented approach, we promote the construction of innovative ideas, updating on issues of national and international interest, and strengthening essential resources for the management of human talent in changing and challenging contexts.
These men and women as High-ranking Non-Commissioned Officers are the soul of the command, the awareness of duty, the bridge between strategy and operation, so that day by day they are strengthened in resources and their commitment to the homeland is renewed.
Such environments are fundamental to continue building cohesive, ethical and prepared military Forces, which responds with commitment, vision and leadership to the challenges of the Nation's security and defense.
