Continuing with the Themis strategy, led by the Military Forces and the National Police and which consists of providing security to the personnel in the process of reintegration and to the inhabitants object of the final peace process, the crews of the UH-60, Bell-212 and Huey II teams of the Air Combat Command No.7, have been conducting constant overflights in Valle del Cauca, Cauca and Nari帽o to defend the citizens, to protect human rights and prevent acts that threaten public wellbeing or interfere with peace efforts throughout the national territory by organized armed groups.
On this occasion, the crews of the Black Hawk launched more than 500 brochures with information about the 15 most wanted in the department of Cauca and the hotlines. In the same way, an aerial loudspeaker mission was held inviting the inhabitants to report to the authorities any information about the whereabouts of these criminals who strike the peace and tranquility of the country in this part of the region, this under absolute reserve.
Through these efforts, the Colombian Aerospace Force reaffirms its commitment to the protection of human rights, the security of the inhabitants and the construction of peace in the territory.
