In a joint operation conducted by the Colombian Navy and the National Army alias Jesus was arrested. He is an alleged member of the residual organized armed group structure 30 Rafael Aguilera, accused by the judicial authorities of being the perpetrator in 2019, of the murder of an ex-combatant of the Farc.

The arrest was made in the Puerto Cali neighborhood of the municipality of Guapi, Cauca, in compliance with the arrest order issued by the Municipal Court of Guapi, for the crime of aggravated homicide along with manufacture, trafficking, carrying or possession of firearms.

According to his criminal profile, alias Jesús was the perpetrator of the murder of Luis Fernando Hurtado García, alias Timbiquí, a former FARC fighter, killed in October 2019, in the municipality of Guapi, where he was in the process of reintegration accredited by the Office of the Commissioner for peace.

In the same way, he would be in charge of a group of microtrafficking and recruiting of minors, where he gave instruction on firearms within this armed group.

It was in the same way known that this individual is the brother of alias Víctor, second ringleader of the residual organized armed group structure 30 Rafael Aguilera, of the dissidences of the Farc, who was arrested in November 2020, in an inter-institutional operation conducted by the Military Forces and the Attorney General's Office.

The judge sent him in prison and his transfer to a detention center is in process.
