General Laura J. Richardson, Commander of the Southern Command of the United States, landed at about 9:00 hours at the Military Transport Air Command- CATAM of the Colombian Aerospace Force in Bogotá, to begin the edition No.11 of the high-level dialogue that the United States holds with Colombia.
At the CATAM ramp, General Richardson was received with military honors by the students of the Capitan Andrés M. Díaz Non-Commissioned Officer School of the Colombian Aerospace Force and senior commanders of the Colombian Military Forces.
In this way, the Commander of the Southern Command of the United States, will fulfill a three-day agenda, which includes meetings with the National Government, the Military Forces and visits to different Military Units of the national territory, in order to address priorities shared by the two countries, including environmental protection, security and the fight against drugs, migration management, human rights and economic development.
In this way, the Colombian Aerospace Force is prepared to successfully accompany the visit of the United States Southern Command to our country, with security, efficiency and professionalism.
