In a joint and coordinated operation conducted by the Colombian Navy, the National Army and the National Police, the capture was carried out in the municipality of Inírida, Guainía; Alias Guaya Loca, is an individual accused, apparently, of being a member of the organized armed group, GAO, Eln, who was in charge of collecting money from extortions in the region.
Thanks to the Civic Participation network of the Naval Force of the East, it was possible to capture alias Guaya Loca at his residence in Inírida, who was found with two motorcycles, a 22 mm pistol, three magazines of different calibers, 30 cartridges caliber 5.56 mm, five sim cards of different operators and two camouflaged uniforms for the exclusive use of the military forces.
The individual was captured for the crimes of manufacture, trafficking, carrying or possession of firearms, accessories, parts or ammunition for the exclusive use of the military forces. The material found was put into custody of to the authorities of the municipality of Inírida, in the department of Guainía.
