In less than a week, more than 30 alleged members of this Organized Gang have been captured.
Specialized units of the National Army, the Colombian Navy, the National Police and the Technical Investigation Corps, captured two alleged members of the Organized Gang Banda Local. A revolver, six cartridges for it, a communication radio and two cell phones were seized.
The coordinated and interagency operation took place in the sector known as Gamboa, located in the commune nine of Buenaventura, where the specialized units arrived to comply with a search warrant.
Inside a building were caught in flagrante the individuals carrying the material seized.
The individuals, who were alleged members of the Organized Gang (GDO) Banda Local, were transferred to the SIJIN (Judicial Police) to be placed into custody of the Attorney鈥檚 General Office.
Within the framework of the comprehensive discourse strategy carried out in the Special District of Buenaventura, the Military Forces has already captured 30 individuals, who are alleged members of this Organized Gang,
