Two drug production laboratories of the residual organized armed group, Gao-r, structure 33, costing more than 3500 million pesos, were dismantled.

In development of a joint operation coordinated and conducted by troops of the National Army, the Colombian Air Force, the National Police in the rural area of the village Martillo Bajo, in the municipality of El Tarra, in Norte de Santander, during last weekend was made possible the finding of two illegal laboratories for the production of cocaine hydrochloride; these constructions produced two or four tons of drugs a month.

The laboratories, consisting of four and seven structures each, stored approximately 510 kilograms of cocaine hydrochloride, about 2000 gallons of acetone and more than 800 kilograms of solid precursors for drug production.

There were in the same way 2 Martians to distill, 2 worms with 12 mouths to separate the coca leaf, 2 Dragons to process it, 7 microwave ovens, 2 hydraulic presses, 8 work tables and 4 drying tables, among other elements used for the illicit activity.

With this important result, the illegal financial platform of the GAO-r E-33 suffers another severe blow, complementing those recently carried out by the Military Forces in this region of the country.
