This measure of medical contingency of transitory care takes place in the facilities of the Naval Hospital of Cartagena and has a structure made up of two tents, with the capacity to house 24 beds, complying with the protocols established for care in case of infection.
It will have the assistance of highly qualified doctors and paramedics of the Naval Hospital for timely care in cases of infection and prevention issues.
This initiative is part of the national strategy, which consists of coordinating efforts within the framework of the containment campaigns for COVID-19, whose implementation constitutes a contribution of the Security and Defense sector to the national health situation.
