Lieutenant Colonel, Cristian Caballero, Commander of the Cundinamarca Military Gaula (Anti-Extortion and Anti-Kidnapping Group) reported that, during the year in coordinated work with the Attorney General's Office and the National Police, it was possible to arrest 34 individuals for extortion and 33 for related crimes, as well as the recovery of 4 people who had been kidnapped.

He in the same way said that, thanks to his men, 1,600 million pesos were prevented from reaching the hands of criminal structures specialized in extortion.
