After a millimeter planning, the troops covered the entire area in a place on the road near Puerto Santander and C煤cuta, Department of Norte de Santander. They immediately proceeded to reach the exact place where the young university student was finally rescued safe and sound. A security operation was immediately organized to transport him to C煤cuta, where in routine examinations it was determined that he was in good health.
