Within the framework of the institutional campaign Mission First, Safety Always, the Colombian Aerospace Force continues to consolidate the security of the military operation as a strategic pillar for its missions. In the Casanare Air Group, this premise is materialized through permanent trainings aimed at strengthening the preparation of personnel and works to hoist safe air operations in the region.
As part of this approach, a simulation of emergency care in the aeronautical environment was carried out, where the aeronautical fire personnel tested their response capacity to potential incidents on the runway. During the activity, protocols were executed that led to the evaluation of reaction times, coordination and effectiveness in risk environments typical of air operations.
These types of exercises are part of a culture of prevention that seeks to reduce risks and ensure the continuity of operations in high-demand environments, where discipline, training and preparation of personnel are decisive for the fulfillment of the mission.
In this way, the Casanare Air Group strengthens its resources in the departments of Arauca, Boyacá and Casanare, reaffirming the commitment of the Colombian Aerospace Force to the protection of personnel, strategic resources and the safe execution of each operation.
