20 improvised explosive devices, IEDs, anti-personnel mine type, were in the same way found at the site.

In development of operations carried out in the Catatumbo region, troops of the Ground Operations Battalion No.9, attached to the Vulcano Task Force, find in rural area of the Filo Real Village, Municipality of Sardinata, in Norte de Santander, an illegal hideout that allegedly belonged to the organized armed group, GAO, Los Pelusos.

About 1,188 7.62 mm caliber ammunition, 1,547 5.56 mm caliber ammunition, a rifle magazine, six multi-purpose vests, military accessory equipment and 20 anti-personnel mines were found inside the illegal cache, which were destroyed under controlled conditions by the Delta demolition Group.

With the finding of this illegal hideout, the criminal logistics of the GAO Los Pelusos are hit. In the same way, the terrorist operations against civilians and members of the Military Forces are prevented.
