In the first three ports, more than 1,200 services were provided in general medicine, pediatrics, gynecology, dentistry, psychology, physiotherapy and ultrasound. In addition, more than 10,900 medicines have been distributed and 666 prescriptions have been issued, providing solutions to face vulnerabilities in health.

In the same way, instructions were provided in agroforestry, the Environment and basic electricity; lectures on psychorientation and patriotism as well as recreation activities for children. In the same way, more than 150 identification procedures have been carried out and help kits with clothes, food and toys have been distributed to the most vulnerable families. As for child nutrition, more than 18,000 units of food supplement were distributed, strengthening access to balanced nutrition for children.

During the campaigns carried out since 2007, more than 220,000 people have benefited from more than 1,200,000 medical, educational and social services, contributing to the improvement of the quality of life of the Amazon communities.

For the first time, this humanitarian mission has the participation of Colombian National Army, the Colombian Aerospace Force and the Children and Adolescents Police, who joined this great social crusade to strengthen security, institutional accompaniment and recreational, and educational activities, aimed especially at children and adolescents of the riverside communities.

The XVI Binational Campaign continues navigating the Amazonas department with the commitment to transform lives, strengthen the activities of the State in the most distant territories and reaffirm the commitment to the social and human development of the region.
