The home appliance in which the war material was sent would have as destination the municipality of Caucasia, in the department of Antioquia.

In territorial control operations, troops of the National Army, in an inter-institutional work with the Office of the Attorney General of the Nation, achieved the discovery of firearms that would apparently be sent to the organized armed group, GAO, ELN.

The operation was carried out in the Porvenir neighborhood of Villavicencio, where troops of the Urban Special Forces Battalion No. 4, operationally added to the Engineer Battalion No. 7 General Carlos Albán Estupiñán, and CTI (Technical Investigations Corps) officials of the Prosecutor's Office, through work of patrolling, made the stop signal to an NPR vehicle belonging to a shipping company. When carrying out the inspection, they found in one of the parcels a gas cooker oven that contained, in a camouflaged way, short firearms, magazines and cartridges that would have as destination the municipality of Caucasia, in Antioquia.

This war material, according to military intelligence information, would be sent to strengthen the illegal organization GAO-ELN, front Héroes de Anorí, which commits crimes in Antioquia.

The material was put into custody of the authority for its respective judicial process.
