The soldiers of the National Army continue to work for the benefit of the inhabitants of the north of the country.
Troops of Engineer Battalion No.70, attached to the Tenth Brigade, with support of the Comprehensive Action and Development Battalion No.1, reached the municipality of Raíces, in Valledupar, in the department of Cesar; in coordination with the Communal action Board and the Police Inspector to supply 10,000 liters of drinking water.
Around 90 families in this sector have been hit by the lack of the precious liquid, since this region is going through the dry season.
The soldiers prepared to support these people by transporting water from Valledupar, using a tank car, reach the municipality and supply its families.
