The Terrazas de Micai neighborhood of the municipality of Argelia benefited of the construction of platforms and the maintenance of facades, thanks to our Multi Mission heroes.
Cauca. The community of the municipality of Argelia, has lived for years the situations of environmental deterioration, low levels of education, violence by illegal armed groups and low levels of quality of life. For this reason, the National Army works on the community development through activities aimed at this population, in order to provide wellbeing, progress and development.
On this occasion, the Command of Comprehensive action and Development and the Infantry Battalion No. 56; in coordination with the Municipal Mayor's Office and the Colombian Family Wellbeing Institute (ICBF), are in the Terrazas de Micai neighborhood, a community of scarce resources, in order to improve and beautify the houses of the sector, through repairing and construction work.
"We are in this district of the municipality of Argelia, doing community development work with the beautification of social housing and the construction of pedestrian platforms, because our Army is Comprehensive action," said Soldier Joselito Apache, of the Comprehensive action Battalion and Development No. 3.
On the other hand, Nataly Gonz谩lez, promoter of rights of the project Generations with Wellbeing of the Colombian Institute of Family Wellbeing (ICBF), expressed: "We are carrying out the repairing of facades and construction of terraces for this community. For this reason, we want to express our gratitude to the National Army and the men of comprehensive action for their work ".
