Disinfection efforts have become an important support to mitigate the spread of the covid-19 in urban areas in the center of the country.
Soldiers of the Artillery Battalion No.13 General Fernando Landazábal Reyes, have been carrying out disinfection activities in order to mitigate the spread of Covid-19, in the east of Cundinamarca, with the support of local authorities reaching each of the municipalities for washing in places where there is normally a lot of people.
Through the use of tank car-type vehicles, the soldiers have been touring the towns of Choachí, Ubaque, Une, Cáqueza, Gutiérrez, Guayabetal and Quetame. More than 9,000 liters of disinfecting liquids have been used in the activities washing streets, platforms and facades.
