This result occurs in rural area of the municipality of Tesalia, Huila.
Through stability operations carried out by the troops of the 26th Cacique Pigoanza Infantry Battalion, of the Ninth Brigade, at a checkpoint, it was possible to find war material and garments for the exclusive use of military Forces, with bracelets alluding to the Isaías Pardo Central Bloc.
The incident took place in the village of Pacarni, municipality of Thessaly, Huila, where military personnel were carrying out security operations where four alleged members of the Residual Organized Armed Group, GAO-r, who were traveling in a van jumped out of the vehicle and fired at the troops, which produced a firefight. The individuals fled and left the car in which two handguns, a longrifle, five units of campaign equipment and military accessories were found by troops.
According to information, these individuals came from the municipality of Iquira, and were going to the village of Pacarni. It should be mentioned that the material found was put into custody of the National Police for the prosecution process.
