cogfm-ejercito-nacional-neutraliza-laboratorio-de-clorhidrato-de-cocaina-del-gao-eln-23.jpg

Every month, about a ton of the drug was produced to support the illegal finances of the Camilo Torres Restrepo front, of this criminal organization.

National Army troops neutralized a cocaine laboratory for the production of cocaine hydrochloride in the municipality of Cerro Redondo, in Aguachica, Cesar. The illegal structure produced about a monthly ton of the drug valued at 4,100 million pesos, illegal profits that would be favoring the Camilo Torres front, of the Organized Armed Group (GAO), ELN that commits crimes in that region of the country.

There the soldiers found 584 kilograms of cocaine hydrochloride, 3,200 gallons of liquid precursors, 800 kilograms of solid precursors and other elements required for the production of the hallucinogen, such as a distillation tower, a press, a hydraulic jack, four microwave ovens, an power generator, a compressor and a vacuum packer, among others.

With this result, the illegal finance subsystem of the GAO will be hit considerably, reducing its logistical and armed capacity and neutralizing its criminal activity, which benefits of the drug trafficking chain.
