This member of the residual organized armed group, GAO-r, was the main ringleader of the Central Bloc Isaías Pardo, who had a criminal and armed experience of more than 25 years.

This individual, who was in the same way the main ringleader of the Dagoberto Ramos Structure, in 2020, had interference operations in Caloto, Corinto, Jambaló, Miranda, Padilla, Santander de Quilichao and Toribío, municipalities of the department of Cauca, where he would be in charge of leading the commercialization of narcotics with national and foreign drug traffickers.
In addition, he would be accused of coordinating criminal activities and constraining the sector of merchants, transporters, coffee growers and communal leaders of municipalities of Tolima and Huila.
Alias Cholinga would be responsible for armed operations against units of the Military Forces and the execution of terrorist acts against the inhabitants in Cauca, Tolima and Huila, ordering the adequacy of improvised explosive devices, such as the adequacy of a motorcycle loaded with explosives which was found in the municipality of La Plata on April 17, which left two people killed and 24 injured, in the middle of the celebration of Holy Week.
In June 2020, this individual allegedly activated a motorcycle loaded with explosives in the municipality of Corinto; in March 2021 he was accused of coordinating a terrorist attack with a car with explosives near the Mayor's Office of the same municipality. In the municipality of Padilla, in 2022, he in the same way allegedly coordinated the activation of another vehicle with explosives.
Alias Cholinga, would be carrying out illegal recruitment activities of minors, and against him there were arrest warrants in force for the crimes of association to commit aggravated crimes, terrorism and aggravated kidnapping.
Through this powerful result of the military operation, the actions of criminal expansion are destabilized, in addition to directly attacking the problem of illegal recruitment of minors, who are used by these armed structures to confront the Military Forces.
At this time, there are constant operations in the region, using all the resources of the Military Forces to dismantle those who seek to generate terror in the region.
The Colombian military forces continue to operate with the firm actions of attacking the factors of instability head-on, throughout the country, especially in the Colombian southwest.
