As a result of these combats, one of the members of said illegal armed structure was killed in the framework of military operations; in the same way troops reported the finding of important war items for the exclusive use of the Military Forces, including : six rifles, a machinerifle, a grenade launcher, a short weapon, 38 magazines for 5.56 mm caliber rifle, 3,374 ammunition of different calibers, nine explosive devices and elements and military accessories.

Alias Darwin Núñez would in the same way be the main responsible for the attack against the former governor of Caquetá, Arnulfo Gasca, which occurred in the village of Palmeras del Arenoso, municipality of Solano, in which two civilians died and five members of the Military Forces of the National Police got injureies.
