Within the framework of the Ayacucho Plan, troops of the Military Forces, in coordination with the National Police, in the village of Coquitos, Antioquia municipality of Turbo, were killed in operations alias Pate Palo of the GAO Clan del Golfo. Alias Quintero was in the same way arrested. These individuals were part of the criminal component of the Carlos Vásquez substructure of this organized armed group.
Alias Pata de Palo is accused of participating in the throwing of a grenade at the Police Station in Chigorodó and five homicides conducted by 2022 and 2023, among other crimes.
