The Command of the Joint Task Force Titan, military unit of the Seventh Division of the National Army, preliminarily informs:
1. According to the first information, in facts that are the subject of investigation, the possible kidnapping of the non-commissioned officer Camilo Andr茅s C贸rdoba Arenas, of the Joint Task Force Titan, was reported.
2. The events would have occurred on the Tame - Arauca road axis, between the villages of Santo Domingo and Puerto Jord谩n, department of Arauca, where the soldier was on vacation.
3. In coordination with the authorities in the region, a full search operation was immediately activated.
4. In the area where the events occurred, the Organized Armed Group, GAO-r, Structure 10 and Eastern War Front of the Organized Armed Group, GAO, ELN, commit crimes.
5. This criminal action is a violation of human rights and violation of international humanitarian law and a serious crime classified as a crime against humanity, so this Command rejects these facts and denunciations will be established before the judicial authorities, in order to be investigated and identify those responsible, so that they are brought to justice. The family of the kidnapped man is accompanied by an interdisciplinary team.
