With UH-60 'Angel' and AH-60 'Arpía' helicopters, as well as C-208 'Caravan' aircraft, overflights are permanently carried out on the main departmental and national interconnection roads, in order to ensure safety during the Return Plan.

Thanks to the crews and modern equipment of the aircraft of the Air Combat Command No.5, surveillance and reconnaissance missions are carried out on the country's energy and road infrastructure, mainly in the departments of Antioquia and Chocó.

Among the areas that are monitored to maintain the tranquility of Antioquia and all Colombians there are Medellín, Caucasia, Apartadó, Quibdó, Puerto Berrío and the Medellín - Bogotá Highway, among others, leading travelers to return safely, after this holiday weekend.

In the same way, with members of the Security and Defense of Bases Group of the CACOM-5, land patrols are carried out in the municipality of Rionegro, verifying the safe movement of those who travel by this sector.
