img_4386.jpg

In development of Operation San Roque and in support of the National Government's programs to confront Covid-19, the Colombian Air Force transported 4,760 kilos of food baskets that will benefit more Amazonian people.

The mission was carried out by the BBJ FAC-0001 presidential airplane that took off the Military Transport Air Command, CATAM, to transport to Leticia, the food kits that are part of the Colombia está Contigo campaign, an initiative that seeks to distribute a million baskets of food to the most vulnerable inhabitants of the country.

Humanitarian aid was received at the Amazon Air Group, GAAMA, under strict sanitary protocols, established for all flights of the Institution and biosecurity measures to transport the cargo.

The Colombian Air Force, daily employs all its aircraft and capabilities, working in coordination with the authorities to support the most remote regions of our country.
