2. We reject the vile murder of our soldier, who was working in the fulfillment of his constitutional duty, in the mission of protecting the life of the civilians who live in Saravena, Arauca. The denunciations of this action will be filed with the authorities.
3. This Command continues to support the family of Soldier Santiago Isaza Moreno, with the staff of psychologists and spiritual counselors, sending the deepest condolences and raising prayers to the Almighty for his eternal rest.
