47 military will be part of the Comprehensive Program for High-ranking Non-commissioned Officers. This program is the 22nd and will count on the participation of sergeant majors and technical chiefs of Colombian National Army, National Navy and Colombian Aerospace Force, in addition to two non-commissioned officers of the armies of Ecuador and Brazil.
Since the early hours of the morning of last January 5th, the sergeant majors and technical chiefs, who were selected by the Military Forces, arrived to carry out their comprehensive preparation as a requirement to achieve the immediately superior rank.
30 sergeant majors of Colombian National Army, 12 sergeant majors and technical chiefs of the National Navy, 3 technical chiefs of the Colombian Aerospace Force and two sergeants majors of the armies of Brazil and Ecuador make up this select group of students who began their preparation to assume the new challenges with efficiency and leadership.
Reaching this academic process means one of the last stages of the military career of these non-commissioned officers of the Military Forces, however, it is a preparation phase that requires greater responsibility and commitment to identify the expectations and vulnerabilities of each branch.
This is how Colombian National Army, through the Combined arms School, reaffirms its commitment to joint work conducted by the Military Forces. By strengthening the personal and professional resources of the most senior non-commissioned officers of each branch, experience and leadership are enhanced as fundamental pillars for the fulfillment of the constitutional mission.
