38 non-commissioned officers of the Colombian National Army and Navy strengthen their leadership skills.
Twenty-six Sergeants major of Colombian National Army and 12 Sergeants major and technical chiefs of the Colombian Navy, who are part of the Comprehensive Program for High-ranking Non-Commissioned Officers, PISAJ, at the School of Combined Arms, are in the United States receiving the practical hours of a geostrategic academic internship.
With the aim of contributing to the training of skilled and effective leaders, these military personnel carry out an international preparation phase that will strengthen their professional competencies in the fulfillment of the mission.
For 15 days, they will visit different strategic units of the Southern Command of the United States, where in addition to exchanging knowledge, they will get to know first-hand the forefront strategies.
The Comprehensive Program for Senior Non-Commissioned Officers, PISAJ, is carried out jointly by Colombian National Army and the Navy, within the framework of a strategy towards the professionalization and education of non-commissioned officers of the Military Forces
