Soldiers of the National Army lead wellbeing activities for Cundinamarca

In the last two weeks of October, more than 1,000 people, including young children and adults, took advantage of the recreational benefits in the municipalities of Pulí, Tocaima, San Antonio del Tequendama, Viotá, La Mesa and Girardot, in the department of Cundinamarca.

 

The soldiers who are part of the Comprehensive Action Group of the Airborne Infantry Battalion No.28 Colombia of the National Army, in a joint effort with the municipal administrations of Pulí, Tocaima, San Antonio del Tequendama, Viotá, La Mesa and Girardot in Cundinamarca, conducted for two weeks a massive strategy of wellbeing and recreation in each of these municipalities benefiting 1,050 people including children, youth and adults.

 

During the different recreational activities, the soldiers changed their camouflage uniform for a clown outfit, providing, in addition to joy, presents distribution, projection of films, in the framework of the cinema to the park activity, face painting, balloon twisting, snacks and operations that led the communities to take advantage of the spaces of healthy recreation; strengthening culture, coexistence and citizen security.
