The Colombian Aerospace Force, through the Air Combat Command No. 3, actively participated in the framework of the IRONMAN Cartagena 2025 sports event, in order to conduct a special accompaniment by means of an aerial demonstration and constant monitoring of the race.
During the competition, A29 Super Tucano aircraft conducted an aerial demonstration at the event site, while the SR-560 aircraft conducted an aerial surveillance mission in this sector of the city.
The use of modern technology led to a complete supervision of the competitors' course, facilitating immediate intervention in case of emergencies or unforeseen situations, and working closely with local authorities and event organizers.
The active participation of the Aerospace Force in this type of events reinforces its commitment to national sports and safety in these events, with its presence at the IRONMAN Cartagena, the institution reaffirms its interest in the safety and permanent well-being of Colombians.
