In a coordinated operation conducted by the Colombian Aerospace Force and the National Police, it was possible to arrest three alleged ringleaders belonging to the Organized Armed Group (GAO) GAO Clan del Golfo, substructure Carlos Daniel Fulaye Vargas.
Those arrested apparently had under their command around 270 armed men in charge of criminal rents control and confrontations with other structures in the department of Atl谩ntico.
The individuals were put into custody of the authorities to continue with the prosecution procedure.
This result of the military operation reflects the coordination of the Military Forces to weaken the structures of the GAO Clan del Golfo in the region and mitigate the criminal operations that attack the security and tranquility of Colombians.
