The professionalism and experience of the Colombian Air Force in international environments will enable it again to lead the Combined Exercise Rel谩mpago, in its sixth version.
In this training environment, Air superiority squads of the United States Air Force, USAF, and the Colombian Air Force, FAC, will participate with the purpose of training techniques, tactics and procedures strengthening interoperability as allied countries, under NATO standards.
This operations exercise, which is part of the FAC's international training calendar, has been carried out every year and will be held in Colombian airspace during the July 2021.
The international air exercise Rel谩mpago, which has been held year after year since 2014, has had participants and observers from different Air Forces. In the years 2018 and 2019, the United States National Guard and the Air Force of the same country did it; and then, in 2020, the French Air Force joined with observers.
