In Valledupar, Caesar, heroes of military health work for the health of its inhabitants

The effort of our Military Health Facilities of the National Army focuses on protecting the men and women of the institution, their families and all Colombians within the framework of the national contingency due to COVID-19.

These initiatives, which include recommendations and measures to prevent and protect against contagion, as well as strategies to strengthen mental health, have the single purpose to make Colombians remain in their homes and obey the preventive isolation measures, as the main weapon to counter the spread of the virus in the country.

This arduous task is in the same way complemented by the establishment of Military Health Care Of The Tenth Brigade of the Army in Valledupar, Cesar, who, in accordance with these national policies, visits its users, house to house, to monitor their health status, as well as carry out the distribution of medicines, especially to users belonging to the cardiovascular risk program.

These visits have been complemented by Military Psychologists and civilian staff to provide recommendations on how to use the time of parents and children in the midst of pandemic containment measures. These messages are aimed at carrying out activities at home that strengthen personal relationships, knowledge and emotional ties.

The inhabitants of this region of the country Welcomed our military doctors and Military Health Professionals of the National Army, with the peace of mind of continuing their medical treatments without leaving home.
