Thanks to a decisive military intelligence work made by the troops of the Vulcano Task Force, with its Ground Operations Battalion No.9 and CTI (Technical Investigations Corps) officials the Altos de Pamplonita neighborhood, in Cúcuta, was cleared. There this criminal known by the alias of Carlitos La Avioneta was arrested, accused of the crimes of association to commit crimes and aggravated homicide.
