This individual was wanted for the crime of association to commit aggravated crimes for extortion purposes.
Troops of the Military Gaula (Anti-Extortion and Anti-Kidnapping Group) Norte de Santander, in coordination with the National Police and in compliance with a judicial order, arrested the individual accused of being alias Castro, in the municipality of Ocaña, Norte de Santander.
This individual would have a criminal experience of more than 11 years in the Los Pelusos gang, where he would be the ringleader of the area in Ábrego.
This man would be in charge of the rigorous criminal income control of this group. As well as coordinating the collection of money from extortions, kidnappings and homicides. Apparently, he would in the same way be linked to the murder of three people, including that of the former mayor of the municipality of González, in the department of Cesar.
Alias Castro had an arrest warrant for the crime of association to commit aggravated crimes for extortion purposes, so he was put into custody of the authority for his respective prosecution.
