Within the framework of the initiative Leticia más segura, the Amazon Air Group continues to carry out strategies in order to provide well-being to the capital city of the department, on this occasion a Huey II helicopter, of the Colombian Aerospace Force, was sent to conduct night overflights in order to strengthen the security of the inhabitants of this region of the country.
The aircraft conducted the patrol over the municipality of Leticia and its surroundings, recognizing critical security areas; always alert to suspicious situations of disturbance of law and order to prevent operations that threaten the inhabitants of Leticia.
This strategy was aligned with the departmental initiative that seeks to provide safe and violence-free spaces to all children, youth and adults in this area of the country.
In this way, the Colombian Aerospace Force continues to work to mitigate crime, improve security conditions and the quality of life in Leticia, highlighting the commitment obtained with the community.
