After an investigation and collection of evidence material, in coordination with the Attorney General's Office with the support of the Joint Task Force 'Omega', alias 'Calixto' or 'El Medico' was captured.
This individual, 56, resided in the hamlet Puerto Cachicamo, and was being wanted by the Municipal Court of Puerto Lleras, in the department of Meta, for the crime of aggravated conspiracy.
It is noteworthy that this person served as president of the community action board in the village Puerto Cachicamo, where he had drugstore with his name, 'Droguería Calixto', where he provided first aid services given his knowledge in general medicine.
For the legalization of his capture, he was taken to Villavicencio, in the department of Meta, where the imputation of charges will be held on Monday, after which the Prosecutor's Office will request the detention in prison.
