In the Gallego village, municipality of La Plata, in the west of Huila, the Ninth Brigade, through the Pigoanza Battalion, in an interinstitutional operation with CTI (Technical Investigations Corps) of the Prosecutor's Office, made effective the judicial order against alias Stiven Cuéllar or Pajaro.
The man, alleged second ringleader of the Residual Organized Armed Group, GAO-r, Hernando González Acosta Group, of the Isaías Pardo Central Bloc, was being sought for the crimes of association to commit crimes, extortion and aggravated robbery, forced displacement, domestic violence, illicit recruitment and manufacture, trafficking, carrying or possession of firearms. During the operation it was possible to recover two minors who were handed over to the authority for the restoration of their rights.
Criminal record
Alias Stiven, 34, with a criminal experience of six years, was named the ringleader of this structure, a product of the splitting of the GAO-r Substructure Ismael Ruiz, of the Isaías Pardo Central Bloc.
It is reported that he was in charge of commanding the students' school, where several recruited children were being held; training that was reported in the village of San Luis, municipality of Páez Belalcázar (Cauca) and that aimed to strengthen the armed capacity of the new structure.
He in the same way was a finance ringleader to strengthen the financial scaffolding, carrying out extortion activities in the populated centers of Villa Losada, Gallego, Belén and the villages of Santa Marta, San Miguel, Los Sauces, La Aurora, Los Pinos, Los Cauchos, Arrayan, San Vicente, San Sebastián, La Palma, Villa Colombia, San Rafael, La Guinea, El Pescado, Los Jardines, Belgica, Dos Aguas, El Carmen, La Estrella, El Líbano, in rural areas of the municipalities of La Argentina and La Plata, Huila.
He was also the one who ordered the execution of kidnappings, extortions, selective homicides, illegal recruitment and use of children and adolescents, forced displacement and theft and incineration of vehicles.
For the illegal armed structure, the loss of this ringleader translates into damages to the support Network of Residual Structures, a decrease in the collection of money resulting from extortion operations, damage in the procurement of war materiel and military accessories and neutralization of their terrorist plans.
