In military operations conducted in a sustained manner against the factors of instability in the department of Valle del Cauca, the alleged head of the finance group of the residual organized armed group Ad谩n Izquierdo company was arrested.
The operation was carried out in the La Ye sector, which connects the villages of Ceilon and La Marina, between the municipalities of Bugalagrande and Tulu谩, in Valle del Cauca. Members of the Military Forces arrived at the place, in development of the Tormenta strategy, who received information that alias Oso or Alejandro would be in this area, after carrying out the theft of a motorcycle.
This individual, 26 years old, has a criminal history of 4 years in the criminal organization. As it could be established, he was recently appointed as the person in charge of the finances and illicit income of this residual organized armed group in the department; in addition, he was responsible for the collection of money from extortion of money made against companies and citizens.
In the military operation, a minor who was allegedly part of this company was in the same way recovered and was put into custody of the military authorities for the restoration of his rights.
