The workshops have been fundamental for the journalistic operation in the communities. The proposal led by an alliance conducted by the National Police, Alliance for Peace, Cinep, Interpeace and the Peace Program, aimed to diagnose journalistic coverage of social protests, as well as adequate language and good practices in terms of communications with the population.

The National Army, through the personnel of the Operations Command of Stabilization and Consolidation ZEUS, the Support Command of Comprehensive Action and Development with its Comprehensive Action Battalion No.5 and the Fe in Colombia Team, participated actively in the activities proposed by this alliance in order to strengthen and potentiate the journalistic capacities and the adequate treatment with the communities.

The training activities that took place in the facilities of the Integrated Services Center - CIS in the municipality of Chaparral, in the department of Tolima, had as main topics: The perception of the audience, safety recommendations, the importance of journalistic language and the approach to communities through inclusive dialogue.

Los Heroes Bicentenario and the Fe in Colombia team, continue training in different areas to achieve a comprehensive instruction and thus be able to promote a healthier environment, establish better relations with the community and contribute to the strengthening of the social fabric.
