The Vulcano Task Force, in coordination with the Samaritan's Purse organization and the International Capellan铆a Community, carried out health, wellbeing and recreation services, benefiting 500 people.
The activity was led by the soldiers of the Engineers Battalion No. 30 'Coronel Jos茅 Salazar Arana', with the support of Aviaci贸n del Ej茅rcito Nacional, who transferred the personnel from the city of C煤cuta to the municipality of Tib煤.
The Horus Soldiers of the Comprehensive Action and Development Battalion No. 2, were in charge of providing a space of joy and smiles to all the inhabitants with presentations of clowns and puppets, leading attendees to enjoy a different moment of leisure and well-being in family, gathered at the municipal sports center.
The organization Samaritan's Purse accompanies the National Army, in the activity, as part of the approach that is maintained with the community of Tibuya. During the meeting they distributed food supplies in basic baskets that were received with joy by the beneficiaries.
For its part, the International Capellan铆a Community, joined this activity providing medical care with its health professionals and later with distribution of medicines at no cost.
