According to military intelligence this individual, who was part of the structure for four years, was coordinator of the GAO Clan del Golfo in the Departments of Meta, Casanare and Vichada, had a direct line with Alias Samir, who is the cousin of alias Otoniel.
Alias Juan Pablo ordered the incineration of the bus of the company Libertador, in February of this year, on the national road that leads to the municipality of Pore, Casanare. This dangerous delinquent was a member of the National Police in the rank of Subintendant and was dismissed disciplinarily for an alleged homicide case in 2006. Alias Juan Pablo was the one who ordered the targeted killings in the Department of Casanare, the distribution of leaflets, the collection of money from extortion, forced displacement and threats to different productive groups and civilians.
At the time of his arrest, it was seized a red Mazda CX-5 truck, different cell phones and documents that were put into custody of the authorities. Alias Juan Pablo must answer for the crime of aggravated extortion, terrorism and carrying, trafficking of firearms.
