Once the exact whereabouts of alias 'Cachama' was known, alerts were generated to the military units deployed in this area of the country and with the permanent support of the National Police and the Office of the Attorney General of the Nation, coordination was made to make effective the arrest warrant for conspiracy to commit crimes.
The arrest was made by the authorities in the city of Cúcuta to continue with the corresponding judicial processes.
