In the bay of Tumaco, in the department of Nari帽o, the Colombian Navy captured alias 'Manejo', finances chief of the Residual Organized Armed Group, GAO-r, 'Oliver Sinisterra' who commits crimes on drug trafficking routes in the central area, in the department of Nari帽o.
With information from Naval Intelligence and the National Army, John Jairo Su谩rez Salas, alias 'Manejo', 33, who had a current arrest warrant for the alleged crimes of attempted homicide and carrying and trafficking of firearms, was identified and detained.
Once recognized, alias 'Manejo' showed a document that certifies that he is receiving the benefits granted by the Special Jurisdiction for Peace (JEP), however, according to information provided by intelligence work, this individual has come committing crimes, so he will have to face charges in the ordinary justice.
According to the criminal profile, alias 'Manejo' directs the finances of the Residual Organized Armed Group 'Oliver Sinisterra' and would be responsible for the recent extortions in the municipality of Tumaco and on the Pacific Coast in the department of Nari帽o. In additionn, he belonged to the extinct group of the Farc, being head of the networks of support to terrorism in Tumaco and he was in charge of managing the economic resources of the Daniel Aldana mobile column.
In 2016, in Tumaco, he had been captured by the Colombian Navy and sent to jail by order of the First Municipal Criminal Court of Tumaco (Nari帽o), who charged him with the crimes of conspiracy to commit a crime and illegal bearing of weapons. Subsequently, he entered the JEP.
