After a detailed work of intelligence, planning and military execution, it was possible to establish the movements of this person, captured in a surprise checkpoint in the Islitas village, in the municipality of Hacarí; he is the ringleader of the GAO - ELN, in the municipality of San José del Tarra.
This individual is accused of being a participant in crimes such as drug trafficking, extortion and selective assassinations. He is accused of being one of the main responsible for the attacks against our troops. At the moment of his retention, he had with him a revolver, five cartridges caliber 38 mm and a cell phone.
Once the capture warrant becomes effective, he was evacuated and put into custody of the authorities in the city of Ocaña, to continue with the corresponding judicial processes.
